For stress and well-being workshops, please contact me directly in order to discuss your needs.
How do you keep my private information confidential?
Effective note-taking is essential for tailoring our sessions to meet your needs. To maintain confidentiality, only initials are used and any other identifying details are not included in my records. Sessions notes are also stored in a secure location, ensuring that your privacy is respected at all times.
Will I be reimbursed by my insurance company?
Psychologists are not reimbursed by basic health insurance in Switzerland (updated 10.04.24). However, some complementary insurances, especially international insurances, reimburse a part of the cost of services offered by Swiss-Licensed psychologists (Fédération Suisse des Psychologues). To be sure, please contact your complementary insurance to see what is covered by your contract. When calling them, it is important to state that you are seeking reimbursement information for psychologists, not psychotherapists (two terms often confused by the insurances).
What is the cancellation policy?
Please note that therapy sessions not cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. This policy ensures that time reserved for your session can be offered to others in need.
What should I do if I feel like I want to harm myself or someone else?
If you’re feeling overwhelmed or struggling with thoughts of self-harm or harming others, please know that you’re not alone. It’s important to reach out for help. I encourage you to contact your doctor or a crisis hotline.
